Who wants to start their day with dud? Here are some of the best places to indulge in some early morning treats on the continent
Perhaps the most overlooked facet of a world-class hotel is the quality of its breakfast – after all, it is the most important meal of the day.
From opulent buffets to bespoke a la carte orders, more and more five-star establishments are starting to put a heavier focus on their breakfasts, and Tempus has compiled a list of those who have managed to achieve a head start in this arena.

‘Breakfast in the Sky’ by Hotel Principe di Savoia, Milan
High up on the penthouse terrace, Hotel Principe di Savoia invites guests to enjoy a private ‘Breakfast in the Sky’ experience. Cédric Grolet joins breakfast offering at Le Meurice, Paris
