For whisky and contemporary art lovers, head to Harvey Nichols from 16 September, where Glenfiddich are celebrating the launch of the latest luxury whisky in its Grand Series, Grand Chateau 31 Year, with a month-long bar takeover in collaboration with internationally renowned artist André Saraiva who has designed the whisky’s artful box and the whimsical pop up space. The playful design sees traditional French Toile de Juoy covered walls – a nod to the Bordeaux red wine casks in which the whisky was finished, juxtaposed with bold, red spray paint depicting the artist’s charming cartoon alter ego, Mr A.

One of our favourite wine emporiums, Hedonism in Mayfair, this month opens a chic new wine bar, The White Horse, also in Mayfair. The space, formerly a pub and events space, has been transformed into a modern wine bar and will showcase an array of options by the glass, rarer vintages, and larger bottle formats. Set over two floors, The White Horse’s wine list is complemented by a food menu including cheeses from La Fromagerie, charcuterie, and light seasonal plates. Keep an eye out for its calendar of events and tastings.
