The hospitality brand’s new venture connects discovery around the Maldives, Sri Lanka and Thailand
Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas is elevating its bespoke approach to luxury travel with the launch of its Anantara Private Jet Experience. The new concept combines a luxury stay at Anantara properties with the convenience of private jet travel – offering guests the opportunity to travel around the Maldives, Sri Lanka and Thailand with ease.
The new experience is part of a partnership with bespoke aviation airline MJets, and will enable discerning travellers to curate a tour of the Indian Ocean on their own timescale, as well as linking the brand's signature hotels – Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas and Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle Resort – for the first time. The escape begins in the city of Bangkok, renowned for its vibrant street life and elaborate shrines, where guests can fly between the rich jungle and coconut- fringed shores of Sri Lanka or to the crystal blue waters of the Maldives.
MJets' Gulfstream V jet is available for larger groups, and is fit with a three-zone cabin environment for working, dining and entertaining, and resting. Amenities include shower facilities, fully reclining beds, entertainment systems and two on-board flight attendants, ensuring guests arrive at each destination blissfully relaxed.

Smaller groups can enjoy, the Cessna Citation X – one of the fastest business jets in the world – which can accommodate up to eight passengers. Boasting spacious cabins with fully reclining seats, entertainment systems and one flight attendant for personalised service, travellers can sip champagne to the views of the emerging Sri Lankan shores in the distance.
Upon landing at Sri Lanka's Colombo International airport, a private limousine is ready to whisk travellers to their own private villa overlooking the bay of Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle. Sheltered by a crescent of golden sand, Anantara Peace Haven Resort is an unexplored paradise located in Tangalle, on Sri Lanka’s southernmost shore. Excursions here include Aryurvedic Wellness Journeys, surfing and bespoke spa experiences. Gastronomes can dine on sustainably sourced fare – brought from farm to cliff side table by a private chef – before mastering Sri Lankan cuisine themselves by partaking in an exclusive cooking class.
