Spring Garden 2026Spring Garden, the immersive culinary experience that headlines the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026, is returning for its fourth residency at the festival with two Michelin-star chef Jeremy Chan and acclaimed Spanish chef José Pizarro.

Jeremy is the co-founder of London’s two-Michelin-starred Ikoyi. Having been brought up in Hong Kong, Canada and the US, he brings a distinctive style that combines scientific precision with a multicultural palate. Once combined with José’s soulful Spanish cookery and celebration of produce, the result is a vibrant and creative menu, with each dish telling its own story.

Open during the RHS Chelsea Flower Show (19 to 23 May 2026), Spring Garden is a multi sensory journey, marrying horticultural beauty with culinary mastery in collaboration with luxury London caterer AP&Co.
