Instantly recognisable and always elegant, Riva Yachts has long been associated with great artists, particularly in the film and music industries. Now, the family behind the manufacture continues that artistic depth with patronage of festivals and projects across Monaco and the French Riviera – including working with Monaco Boat Service, who is partnering Art Monte-Carlo and Festival Printemps des Arts for the third year.

The highlight of Monaco's artistic calendar, Art Monte-Carlo will take place 28-29 April, based at the capital's Grimaldi Forum. The prestigious salon receives patronage from HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, with a view to creating a "rich dialogue" between the art market and institutional world.

Introducing this year's salon, Monaco Boat Service will host a spectacular evening at Port Hercule's Riva Tunnel on 26 April to bring together artistic talents and personalities in celebration of Riva's maritime heritage. With a performance piece by artist Arabeschi Di Latte, the evening will celebrate the design of the brand's ‘Aquarama’ design. >>

Elsewhere the Grimaldi Forum will also host a photographic exhibition by Gabriele Basilico and Marsio Cresci, in partnership with Officina Italiana Design, documenting the history of the Riva shipyard in Sarnico, Italy, and the brand's modern-day process. The Riva Tunnel will continue to host events throughout the festival, including three concerts showcasing young performers.

It's the start of a big season for the yacht company, which launched its new flagship, the Riva 110 Dolcevita. The 110ft all-GRP flybridge model will debut in Monte-Carlo in May, continuing the brand's focus al fresco living.
