An exciting new residence tipped to make an impact in the heart of London’s property market is coming. The Mansion, the first block of contemporary residences by Mayfair-based developers Clivedale of 23 single-level and duplex properties, ranging in size from studio apartments to two expansive penthouses.

Located in Marylebone – behind the world-famous department store Selfridges – The Mansion’s striking exterior has been designed by award-winning London based architecture firm DSDHA. Described by the firm as “assertive but not overly dominant”, the building's terracotta façade is a nod to the historic red brick buildings of Marylebone, ensuring it blends in seamlessly with the neighbourhood’s trademark Georgian aesthetic.

Inside, The Mansion boasts artisanal craftsmanship from award-winning international architects and interior designers Arney Fender Katsalidis. Fusing a mix of contemporary and traditional materials, the open plan apartments boast floor to ceiling windows that fill the space with light. Amenities include Marylebone’s longest private indoor swimming pool and indulgent spa offering private treatment room, fitness studio, steam room and a western red cedar sauna. Each resident will also have access to a private lounge overlooking an intimate sunken garden, a round-the-clock concierge service, valet parking and hotel style services available on request.
