This Valentine’s month, what better way to celebrate than with incredible food and dance? From 28 February to 2 March, Control Room A at Battersea Power Station will be providing exactly that. Here, guests can expect a wondrous fusion of taste, movement and culture at the ‘Flavour&Some x Control Room A’ event, including a five-course tasting menu by multi-award-winning chef Adam Thomason, transported to the table by world-class dance artists all set to an original score.

On Saturday, 8 February, Nobu Hotel London in Shoreditch is hosting a one night only dinner experience with renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Chef Nobu and the hotel’s team have curated a five course omakase menu of signature dishes specially for the event, led by the founder himself. It is not everyday when the founder of one of the most iconic Japanese fine dining chains in the world rolls into town, so this is an experience you wouldn’t want to miss.

Multi-Michelin-starred French chef Yannick Alléno has announced a one night only collaboration with Chet Sharma, the chef patron behind Mayfair’s award-winning Indian restaurant, BiBi, at Pavyllon London. On the evening of 6 February, experience a spectacular six-course tasting menu co-created by the legendary chefs, blending the precision of French gastronomy with the bold flavours of Indian cuisine. The six course menu with complimentary canapés will highlight Yannick’s signature French flair using his famous extraction and cryoconcentration techniques. Chet’s creations are inspired by ingredients and memories from the Indian subcontinent and demonstrate his total mastery of spices. There will be a special gourmet gift at the end of the meal for all diners.

Saatchi Yates Gallery has kick-started the year with a new exhibition featuring a new body of works by Swiss artist Angela Santana. Open until 22 February, the series brings together a mass of intimate images of the female body that work to redefine the representation of a woman’s body in contemporary art, from a female lens. The exhibition challenges traditional depictions of the female form, delving into themes of identity, transformation, and the ways the body is represented in our digital age.
