Multi-Michelin-starred French chef Yannick Alléno has announced a one night only collaboration with Chet Sharma, the chef patron behind Mayfair’s award-winning Indian restaurant, BiBi, at Pavyllon London. On the evening of 6 February, experience a spectacular six-course tasting menu co-created by the legendary chefs, blending the precision of French gastronomy with the bold flavours of Indian cuisine. The six course menu with complimentary canapés will highlight Yannick’s signature French flair using his famous extraction and cryoconcentration techniques. Chet’s creations are inspired by ingredients and memories from the Indian subcontinent and demonstrate his total mastery of spices.
