The private members’ club opens its doors to the public for the charity golf and pool tournament
Ten Trinity Square private members' club is inviting members and Londoners alike to take part in a charity pool and golf tournament running weekly throughout November. The Champions Challenge pits teams of two against each other for the chance to raise money for each team's nominated charity.
The international members' club for business, wine and culture is set in the opulent former headquarters of the Port of London Authority – and is a unique partnership between Reignwood Group, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Château Latour vineyard. Every Tuesday, teams of members and non-members will go head to head in pool and golf matches.
Thanks to a state of the art golfing simulator, teams will be able to experience Wentworth golf courses from the comfort of Ten Trinity Square, playing a different test each week – from a singles 3-hole match to competing on the longest drive. Guests will also be challenged on the Club’s pool table, playing singles 8 to doubles French pool as well as a trick shot challenge.
The winning team will win all prize money for its nominated charity, but weekly prizes are also available to leading teams – from golf days and weekend breaks to spa experiences at the Four Seasons at Ten Trinity Square. >>
Guests can also experience some of the member perks of the City club, from the venue's exclusive Château Latour Discovery and Dining experience, on-site cigar shop and sampling lounge, and menu by renowned Michelin-star chef Anne-Sophie Pic.
The challenge was inspired by the success of Ten Trinity Square's Champions Talk series, which featured evening with British sporting heroes such as rugby star Chris Robshaw, swimmer Adam Peaty and diver Tom Daley.
“Philanthropy is incredibly important to us and we are excited to have created an initiative for our members to engage and raise funds for charities that are close to their hearts,” said general manager Simon Russell. Teams can enter for £200 per team by emailing membership@tentrinitysquare.com.
