Corinthia London is adding a brand new restaurant to its premises this January with Mezzogiorno by Francesco Mazzei. The hotel’s former Northall Restaurant has been dramatically reimagined by designers Afroditi to bring the stonewashed glamour of Calabria and Puglia’s Baroque palazzos to London. Inspired by Italy’s sun-drenched south, the menu will take guests on a journey across the country’s rich culinary landscape, innovating beloved regional flavours and timeless classics using mostly British ingredients. Menu highlights include Scottish crab with Tuscan panzanella, Umbrian white truffle tortelli, the four pastas of Rome (cacio e pepe, gricia, carbonara, and amatriciana) and Mazzei’s famous tiramisu.
