Maserati will be showcasing the GranCabrio Trofeo, becoming the first luxury Italian car brand with 100% electric models at the Motor Valley Fest 2024
For the last six years, all the big names in Italian motoring have been converging at the Motor Valley Fest to take stock of the present and future of mobility. This year, the Motor Valley Fest will be held at the city of Modena — a UNESCO world heritage site and the home of Maserati — from 2 to 5 May 2024.
And given that this celebration of luxury Italian motoring is being held at the home of the Maserati, the luxury car brand will be showcasing their all-electric models — including the Maserati GranCabrio Trofeo — at the Motor Valley Fest 2024. Maserati will be the first luxury Italian brand to produce and feature 100% electric models at the festival. For the first time, the new star of the Trident range will be available to view in Italy in the Courtyard of Palazzo Ducale. The convertible version of the GranTurismo will be “dressed” in the night interaction livery with contrasting red interiors. The star of the show of course being the 542-hp V6 Nettuno twin turbo engine, which is a hallmark of Maserati’s motor production.
This car is meant to be the “maximum expression of grand touring in a modern guise”, all equipped with the latest technology for the most engaging drive.
Speaking about the showcase, Giovanni Perosino, Maserati’s chief marketing and communication officer, highlighted how the Motor Valley Fest is an opportunity to “bring together all the excellence concentrated in this single area” and is the perfect place for the luxury brand to celebrate its 110 year anniversary.“The festival is a unique opportunity to share thoughts on the present and future of the automotive industry, following a proven and engaging formula,” he said.
He added that the festival will also serve as a reminder of “how much progress and history has been made”.
“Maserati is a 100% Italian brand — 100% ‘made in Modena’ — a standard bearer of pure Italian luxury, and is currently involved in the development of its 100% electric Folgore range. The Motor Valley Fest is an opportunity to remind ourselves how much progress and history has been made, and how much more we will make, in this corner of the world,” he added.
