One of the most glamorous events in the cinematic calendar is almost upon us once again, The Berlin Film Festival betterwise known as Berlinale; a home of great art, inspiring encounters and electrifying flair in one of the most exciting metropolises in the world. Several weeks in advance of the 68th Berlinale, things at the HQ of principal partner Glashütte Original are already revolving around all things film, as the Saxon manufactory has sent its exclusive timepieces on a trip to the most important film sets in the world in preparation for Berlin to step back into the limelight as one of film’s capital cities, from February 15 – 25 at the International Film Festival. >>
A new limited edition which captures the inimitable style of the big city in a striking urban design will be the star of an exclusive launch during the Festival. And with that, the journey of some of its most famous timepieces, sent by the manufactory to significant locations in the history of film, will come to an end.
