Celebrity trainer and Broadway dancer Isaac Boots is hosting an exclusive four-day fitness retreat at Hotel Esencia in Mexico
If you’ve been meaning to combine a luxurious vacation in Mexico with an excuse to work out like a celebrity, look no further than an upcoming luxury fitness retreat at Hotel Esencia, which is being hosted by celebrity trainer and Broadway dancer Isaac Boots.
With the backdrop of the Riviera Maya, guests will be put through their paces with the TORCH’D workout, which is Isaac’s famed method that combines vigorous flow of body resistance, dance conditioning and intense targeted repetition to transform the body.

Additionally, guests will be whisked away to soothe and rejuvenate in one of the hidden lagoons in the Yucatán Peninsula.
Originally the private home of an Italian duchess, Hotel Esencia is a 50 acre estate secluded on one of the most beautiful beaches on the Riviera Maya. The focal point is the whitewashed three-story Casa Graden around which footpaths lead to only 47 suites and four villas – each with a private terrace that overlooks either the jungle or the sea and the cliff top Mayan ruins are just 30 minutes away.

Overlooking the estate’s cenote in a villa with a traditional palapa thatched roofs, its design embodies the sacred Mayan geometry and circular patterns. The ethos of the sap combines modern wellbeing with ancient customs of cultivating beauty, balance and peace.
For example, the organic aroma spa has temazcal and phytotherapy treatments that use homemade oils and scrubs to soothe and restore. There’s also an infrared sauna, steam rooms, ice chamber, cold plunge, hot tub, sweat lodge and sensory deprivation tank to help your healing. The hotel has also recently unveiled a brand new US Open standard tennis court.
