Celebrate the American holiday of Thanksgiving with our pick of some of the most amazing London restaurants marking the occasion

Thanksgiving 2025 LondonFor Americans around the world, Thanksgiving marks the official start of the holiday season. Held on the fourth Thursday of November each year – this year on 27 November – Thanksgiving is a holiday for friends, family, and feasting with some sports served on the side, and giving thanks for the blessings of the year gone by. This day itself has its roots in the harvest festivals of Europe, adapted by the US to mark the settlement and founding of America in the 1600s, with the first Thanksgiving commonly believed to have been celebrated by Pilgrim settlers in 1621. The main event in any Thanksgiving celebration is, of course, the big Thanksgiving feast. And if you happen to be away from the United States this holiday season and are looking for a slice of home, you’re in luck, as we take a look at the seven fine dining restaurants across London that are releasing festive menus to celebrate Thanksgiving 2025.Thanksgiving 2025 LondonThe Pem
