On August 28, Kanishka Mayfair is partnering with Indian whisky brand Paul John Whisky for a culinary feast like no other. This one-night-only event – limited to just 15 guests – will offer guests the chance to embark on a five-course tasting menu created by chef patron Atul Kochhar, with each dish thoughtfully paired with an expression from Paul John’s distinguished unpeated single malt whisky collection. The evening will begin with an elegant selection of snacks, including an organic beetroot croquette served with masala hummus papdi paired with Nirvana, followed by Meen Moilee – tandoori monkfish with kale, coconut and samphire which will be paired with Brilliance. For the larger plates, guests will enjoy Atul’s signature Khasta Murg, a chicken tikka pie elevated with mixed berry chutney with the Bold, as well as the rogan josh lamb wellington with rainbow chard and jus and paired with Classic.
