Spring Garden sets culinary collaboration with José Pizzaro for Chelsea Flower Show 2025

Acclaimed Spanish chef José Pizzaro will join chef patron Skye Gyngell at Spring Garden for its third residency at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2025
Spring Garden, the immersive culinary experience headlining RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2025, has tapped acclaimed Spanish chef José Pizzaro for its third residency at the festival.
Known for its ‘straight from the earth’ food offering, Spring Garden captivates guests with simple yet extraordinary dishes that incorporate sustainability at the heart. Open during RHS Chelsea Flower Show (20 to 24 May 2025), this is a collaboration between chef Skye Gyngell and luxury London caterer AP&Co.
Skye will continue to lead the farm-to-fork menu and select seasonal produce that celebrates simplicity and elegance. Meanwhile, José will bring his signature blend of traditional and contemporary Spanish influences, focusing on the bolder flavours.

This year, the team has hinted at a menu rich in seasonal ingredients such as asparagus, lovage and heritage citrus, boasting strong flavours and vibrant aromas.
Speaking of having José join her team, Skye expressed her admiration for the chef: “I can’t wait to come back to Spring Garden for another year. I always admired José and having him on board will mean that we can take the menu to the next level. I’m excited to see what we achieve as a team.”
José echoed her sentiments, adding that Spring Garden’s focus on sustainability is what attracted him to the gig.
