Rosewood London partners with Garrard for its 10 year anniversary

Legacy jewellery brand Garrard brings seasonal sparkle to Rosewood London as the hotel celebrates a milestone anniversary
The festive season is right around the corner, and Rosewood London has a lot to celebrate as it rings in its 10-year anniversary. The luxury hotel has partnered with legacy British jeweller Garrard to shimmer up the hotel this season with a range of collaborations, including a bejewelled 24ft Christmas tree and festive afternoon tea.
The renowned jewellery brand will collaborate with Rosewood London on a number of activations, including the hotel’s Art Afternoon Tea. Garrard will also be marking 20 years of its well-known Wings collection by presenting a new look for the hotel’s Christmas tree, lobby and Mirror Room to represent the Garrard of today.
The hotel decorations, unveiled on 14 November with the arrival of the Winged Christmas tree, are inspired by Wings Rising — Garrard’s newest fine jewellery collection — which symbolises strength, independence and freedom through the abstract, winged silhouette that features in both the collection and throughout the decorations.
A 24ft tree will stand in the hotel’s courtyard, and will be adorned by Garrard’s winged baubles. It will set the tone for Rosewood’s decor with a blend of gold, midnight blue and touches of green. If you’d like to view the tree from a prime spot, Ruinart, the premium champagne house, is transforming the courtyard’s terrace into a cosy dining space.
The Garrard Wings will also be featured in the lobby accompanied by festive florals from McQueens, Rosewood London’s long-standing florist.
Garrard’s addition to the Rosewood’s Art Afternoon Tea – hosted in the Mirror Room – will include a jewel box of delicious treats, along with a festive menu of delicately crafted desserts decorated with the same bauble and Wing motif. It will be available to experience from 15 November.
The selection of sandwiches will include roast Norfolk turkey, cranberry sauce, sage and onion bread and Clarence Court duck egg mayonnaise, winter truffle in a brioche bun and other festive flavours, alongside traditional scones. There will also be a special citrus cheesecake, a spiced apple cake in the shape of a bauble and a wing-shaped black forest dessert that will serve as a nod to the collaboration between Garrard and Rosewood London.
