Louis Vuitton announces global partnership with Formula 1

Under this 10 year partnership, Louis Vuitton will also be title partner for the 2025 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne

With F1 celebrating its 75th anniversary, Louis Vuitton will not only play an active role in the everyday workings of the sport, but will also become the title partner of the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.

This comes on the heels of LVMH, which is Louis Vuitton’s parent company, becoming a global partner in October 2024.

The Louis Vuitton trophy trunk will also be presented ahead of races and again when it appears on the podium to honour the winners, with the official tagline being “Victory travels in Louis Vuitton”.

Pietro Beccari, chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton expressed his ‘immense pride’ about the partnership, highlighting their “shared ambition to always strive for innovation, craft and precision”.

“The synergy of our two worlds is echoed in the savoir faire of our ateliers and garages, artisans, and engineers, while celebrating the outstanding performance of champion drivers around the world who embark on a journey of excellence with every race,” he added.

He also added that this union with Louis Vuitton not only enhances the experience of the sport but also celebrates the “union of luxury, craftsmanship, and the highest expression of automotive competition”. 

With so many driver changes for this year’s F1 season, the addition of Louis Vuitton as global partners only adds to the excitement.
