The Americas
Pendry Mexico City, launching 2026
Perched in the Roma Norte District, Pendry Mexico City embraces the spirit of exploration in a metropolis where creativity thrives in every corner. The spacious property will feature 114 guest rooms and suites, with a further 20 Pendry Residences, crafted in collaboration with local firms Central de Arquitectura and IZ Arquitectos, with interiors by AVROKO. Dining experiences will include an all-day café, the timeless Bar Pendry, and a chef-led rooftop restaurant and lounge. A rooftop pool and sundeck, luxurious Spa Pendry, and comprehensive fitness centre will offer guests plenty to enjoy when not out exploring the city’s cultural and artistic offerings.
The Cooper, Charleston, South Carolina, launching March 2026
The only luxury waterfront hotel in the heart of the Charleston peninsula, The Cooper will make the most of its unique location, epitomising waterfront living. Guests can enjoy a wealth of coastal activities, from yacht cruises from the private marina to leisurely walks by the river. Drawing inspiration from its French Quarter surroundings, outside of the 191 airy rooms and suites, guests will have the choice of four distinctive dining experiences, including Bar Marti, an exclusive poolside bar. The outdoor infinity-edge resort pool promises to be a particular draw, offering a relaxing spot to while away the hours, with expansive views of the harbour and the historic downtown skyline.
The Knox Hotel and Residences, Dallas, Texas, launching late 2026
Combining the design vision of acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, with the hospitality of Auberge Resorts, The Knox Hotel promises to introduce a new level of contemporary luxury to Dallas. Opening towards the end of the year on Knox Street, the hotel will honour the area’s historic roots, bringing 140 rooms and a choice of drinking and dining destinations to the city. A luxury spa will feature 10 treatment rooms and thermal amenities, as well as a fitness suite and outdoor pool deck and bar.
