Starting off 2026 with Dry January? Here are 6 bars that are serving no and low alcohol drinks in London
After a festive season full of good food and booze, Dry January offers a great chance to reset and start fresh. Whether you simply want to drink a little less after a holiday period full of free flowing wine, or one of your 2026 resolutions is to cut out alcohol entirely, Dry January can be a great step towards realising your goals. And while it may seem daunting at first, many fine dining restaurants and bars across London have introduced alcohol free drinks, mocktails and no-and-low alcohol drinks to help Dry January 2026 participants stick to their resolutions. Here, we list six bars in London that are offering amazing no and low alcohol drinks to help you lead an alcohol free January.
Mr Fogg’s, various locations
Mr Fogg’s is one of the go-to bar franchises for innovative and experimental drinks. And for Dry January 2026, the brand’s various locations have introduced four cocktails – all with Mr Fogg’s signature flair and quality ingredients – but without the alcohol. Highlights include the fruity and floral ‘A New Horizon’ combining Everleaf Mountain non-alcoholic aperitif, basil, strawberry, lime, cranberry & pomegranate, foamer bitters; and ‘Light Through the Fogg’ which brings together Seedlip Garden 108 distilled non-alcoholic spirit, Paragon Vetiver cordial, rhubarb, mint, cucumber, lime, Franklin & Sons yuzu soda. High quality drinks with the same theatrical flair, but without the worry of hangovers the next day.
Control Room B, Battersea
This January, Control Room B has introduced a month-long recalibration where the bar introduces a fully alcohol-free cocktail menu. Throughout the takeover, the bar will set the tone for a warmer, cleaner start to the year. Cocktails include ‘Surge Spritz’, a refreshing and zesty combination of Everleaf Forest non-alcoholic aperitif, falernum & cucumber syrup, Nonsuch Hedgerow & Rose shrub and lemon juice, Franklin & Sons yuzu soda; and the ‘Toffee Triod’ which includes Smiling Wolf Non-Alcoholic Feel-Good Agave, salted caramel, butterscotch & popcorn syrup and saline solution for a rich and nutty sipper.
The May Fair Bar, Mayfair
For Dry January 2026, Wild Idol, the premium, naturally alcohol-free sparkling alternative, will partner with The May Fair Bar in London with a series of special Wild Idol cocktails running from 5 to 31 January. Available throughout the month, guests are invited to indulge or treat someone special and kick start the new year with a celebration of flavour, theatre and mindful indulgence. True to The May Fair Bar’s travel-led concept, each cocktail is inspired by Broadway, capturing a different moment in the night – from red-carpet arrivals to after-hours conversations – all built around Wild Idol’s refined bubbles and vibrant, fruit-led profile. To complete the experience, guests can pair their cocktails with small plates like Korean fried chicken lollipops with creamy blue cheese sauce, crispy coconut shrimps with Malabar dipping sauce, raclette cheese waffles with maple and bacon dust and more.
The Bloomsbury Club, Fitzrovia
This Dry January, if you’re looking to practice mindful drinking instead of cutting out alcohol entirely, then the Bloomsbury Club and No.3 Gin’s Dry Martini campaign might be for you. Designed to champion mindful drinking while supporting the hospitality industry during its quietest month, the campaign encourages guests to slow down, savour quality and truly make a meal of it. At the heart of it is a dedicated Dry Martini menu featuring three distinct styles with thoughtfully matched food pairings, as well as a mini martini flight, offering an intentional drinking experience that proves indulgence and moderation go hand in hand.
The K Bar, Kensington
Another bar participating in the Dry Martini campaign is The K Bar in Kensington, which is working in partnership with the Boatyard Distillery and Cocchi. Indulge in The K Bar’s elegant martini trolley, where guests are invited to enjoy three miniature martinis, all served tableside and expertly prepared by the team. Designed for martini enthusiasts and curious drinkers alike, each miniature martini is crafted using a choice of Boatyard Double Gin or Boatyard Vodka, paired with Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth, allowing guests to explore subtle variations while honouring the martini’s enduring simplicity.
Kitchen Table, Fitzrovia
Kitchen Table in Fitzrovia has introduced a selection of ‘soft’ drinks pairings from sommelier and co-founder Sandia Chang, which can be enjoyed alongside chef James Knappett’s two Michelin-starred tasting menu being served at the restaurant. Non-alcoholic cocktails on offer include Barley & Hay (toasted barley, roasted hay, coconut water) and Oyster Leaf & Samphire (oyster leaf, samphire distillate, and lemon sherbet). If you’re looking for Michelin-starred dining with your no and low alcohol pairings, this is the place to be.
