Aman announces first branded residence in Tokyo

Aman Residences due to debut as part of stunning new building project in 2023

Luxury hotel group Aman has this month announced its first foray into residence-only developments with Aman Residences, Tokyo, located in the stunning new Toranomon-Azabudai building in the heart of the Japanese capital.

The ultra-luxurious residence will inhabit the top 11 floors of the monumental development, wichi is due to be completed in 2023 an will stand taller than any other residential property in central Tokyo. The urban residences will offer 91 exclusive homes designed by Yabu Pushelberg, as well as lifestyle services and a residents-only Aman Spa with panoramic city views, providing owners with a sanctuary literally and figuratively at the pinnacle of city life.

Also making its debut in the new building is Aman's sister brand in Japan, Janu, a luxury hotel firm. Janu Tokyo, designed by Denniston under the leadership of Jean-Michel Gathy, will comprise of 120 guest rooms and suites and will occupy a prime position facing the project’s central square. It will host the enormous Janu Spa featuring extensive wellness facilities, as well as six dining outlets and bars.
