Hotel Metropole 

Spend your dream summer in Monaco this year, where Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo should be your first port of call. One of the world’s most celebrated female chefs, Carme Ruscalleda – who currently holds seven Michelin stars – is joining forces with the world’s most Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon – whom has earned a world record 15 stars over his  year careerto open an exclusive pop-up restaurant at the hotel. Guests are transported on an incredible culinary journey through contemporary signature Catalan dishes, served to the backdrop of the opulent Odyssey restaurant, designed by Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld. Each dish is created with fresh, high-quality and seasonal ingredients, in line with the seasonal, high-quality ingredients.

 

Chinois on Main at CUT at 45 Park Lane 

Celebrated chef Wolfgang Puck is serving up his acclaimed Santa Monica Chinois on Main menu to discerning guests at luxury Mayfair hotel 45 Park Lane – his first restaurant in Europe – for an exclusive three-day pop-up, in celebration of the 35th anniversary of Chinois on Main. Chinois on Main is where Puck first pioneered the birth of fusion Asian flavours and French techniques. Both he and executive chef David McIntyre will be injecting a contemporary spin on the most popular dishes from the restaurant’s original menu.

The Beverly Hills Hotel’s Cabana Café at Hôtel Plaza Athénée, Paris

Bringing a touch of Californian pizzazz to Paris, The Beverly Hills Hotel is visiting sister property Hôtel Plaza Athénée to recreate the casual chic of the West Coast’s most famous hotel. With kitsch décor such as banana leaf print cushions, Hôtel Plaza Athénée’s La Terrasse Montaigne will adopt all the colour and visual delights from the shaded terrace of The Beverly Hills Hotel’s iconic Cabana Café. Tasty signature dishes including the McCarthy Salad, Caesar Salad, Tuna Tartare and the Sunset Club Sandwich – as well as selection of three milkshakes and five sunny cocktails – will be sure to brighten up even the cloudiest of Parisian days.

Available throughout the summer from midday to midnight

Hotel Bel-Air

Making a second appearance on our list is Wolfgang Puck, who has partnered with celebrated guest chefs for a host of pop-up summer barbeques held at his eponymous restaurant at the Hotel Bel-Air, California.  With a variety of different barbecue events including Father’s Day Texas Style BBQ on 17 June, 2018 Summer Kansas City Style BBQ on 4 July and 2018 End of Summer BBQ on 5 September. Guests can tuck into traditional Texas-style slow-cooked meats, savouring the sweet and spicy flavours of Kansas City’s signature sauces, or discovering the unique smoky flavours of an authentic Argentine asado, each of these alfresco experiences are the ideal way to celebrate the balmy summer season.

Sunborn London Yacht Hotel Laurent Perrier pop up

If you’ve exhausted all of the roof top bars in London and are seeking your next spot to bask in the sun’s rays, the top deck of Sunborn London Yacht London is just the ticket. In partnership with luxe champagne brand Laurent Perrier, the hotel is serving up a menu of specially-created champagne cocktails and bespoke canapes as part of its ‘LP Rooftop Bar’ pop up. Recline on the deck chairs while taking in the scenic views of the sun setting over Canary Wharf – it’s the perfect choice to escape the crowds.
